Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hat's shape is protected to avoid damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
